Overview
Taking a high-heat chicken concept mobile is a real engineering problem — the whole kitchen has to work inside a road-legal trailer. We fabricated a custom Dave's Hot Chicken food truck around a compact but complete commercial kitchen.
IT, power and full brand signage were built in, delivering a unit that looks and cooks like the flagship, anywhere it parks.
