Overview
At Marina Mall we delivered another Joe & The Juice unit, running the full inspection ladder — architectural fit-out progress, MEP pre-live and pre-opening electrical and mechanical tests — to a clean pre-opening sign-off.
The relationship didn't end at handover: FMR holds the venue on an ongoing maintenance contract, keeping the store trading and compliant well past opening day.
