Overview
Dave's Hot Chicken took a prime unit at Yas Mall, one of Abu Dhabi's busiest retail destinations. We delivered the fit-out end to end — from stamped shop drawings through MEP, the commercial kitchen and its extract canopy, to the fire and smoke-control systems the brand's high-heat cooking demands.
The programme ran to a mall handover calendar and closed out with full Abu Dhabi Civil Defence certification, canopy commissioning and warranty — opening the venue clean, compliant and ready to trade.
