Overview
Hanu is a Korean restaurant delivered as a substantial fit-out — starting below the finished floor, with beam works and floor-duct routing before a single finish went down. From there we built the cold room, kitchen, and a full MEP package including AV power and CCTV.
Bespoke doors, flooring and joinery brought the space up to a fine-dining standard, and the project was driven to completion through a documented, multi-stage snagging process.
